Kroner Ministries: equipping the saints for the work of the minsitry

Pastor Devin Kroner loves Jesus, he loves his family, and he loves God‘s people. His life and ministry is focused on empowering and equipping the church, because he realizes that as effective as one person might be in building the Kingdom of God they can be even more effective if they can empower others to fulfill God’s call on their lives as well. For nearly a decade as he has ministered to children and seen over 600 people come to know Christ through his own ministry, Devin has focused on resourcing families and training workers as well. Devin has been involved in the recruitment, training, and development of 365 workers in three states along with the over 400 that he managed who were already in place in the churches he has served. Some of those workers have gone on to become full-time pastors themselves. That’s fruit that remains, and Devin realizes that he doesn’t get the glory. God has placed us each in the Body of Christ as He sees fit, and when we’re faithful to His plan and purpose, God does amazing things!

Along with the families and workers that Devin has ministered to, he has built a vast collection of resources to support families, train workers, and minister to needs in the church and community. 2.  Children’s Baptism Packet

Baptism is an important step in our journey of following Christ. But there is a great deal of confusion and misinformation about why it’s important and what it’s all about. This booklet, designed for children to go through with loved ones and includes worksheets, helps you understand what Baptism is and why we should should get baptized.

3.  ”Doing Family Devotions” by Erick Raymond

This great article, given out by permission, is a fantastic place for parents to start if you don’t know how to do family devotions or don’t know why they’re important. Email us for a copy!

4.  The Christian Family- teaching cd

This great teaching from nationally known and respected minister Dr. Tony Evans is a must have for any family or family minister. Request a copy today. There is a $5.00 s&h fee if the CD must be mailed.

5.  Online resources recommended for your use. These products and services are ones that have been used in ministry by Pastor Devin personally, and he believes can help others in their ministries.

• www.whatisorange.org- the great people from the ReThink Group who created the 252 Basics curriculum. Good stuff!
• www.sundayschoolnetwork.com- has free lessons, skits, and other resources. May want to check it with your personal doctrine!
• cmconnect.org- it’s like Facebook but just for children’s ministry workers and leaders. Lots of great conversations, ideas, etc.
• www.kidzmatter.com- blogs, K! Magazine articles and info, training stuff… a great resource. Some free, some not. Worth the look!

There are also products and services available from Kroner Ministries that have small costs associated with them:

1. Children’s Ministry Training and Consultation- Have Pastor Devin observe your ministry, offer insights and suggestions, troubleshoot problem areas and even conduct training for your workers. Contact for info.
2. Ministry Policy and Procedure Manual- Do you need policies in place to help organize your ministry and get it running effectively  Pastor Devin has written or been involved in writing several policy manuals for ministries that work. He can work with you to craft policies that are clear, defined, and WRITTEN.
3. Curriculum and materials service- Do you need something to aid you in ministry but you’re lost in all the options? Having used over 15 different curriculum from various publishers and churches, Pastor Devin can help you find the right stuff for your ministry…and he can help, through his vast network of contacts, to get you a better price on much of it than if you buy it yourself. Need Sunday School or VBS materials? Contact Pastor Devin for help getting what you need!
4. Bibles- Do you need a new Bible for personal study or to preach from? Do you want to get a classroom set for your ministry?
